Roasted Goat Leg

INGREDIENTS
1/4 Leg of a Goat
4 Cups of Water
6 Potatoes
6 Tomatoes
4 Onions
2 Cans of Tomato Sauce
6 Carrots
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Put goat leg in roaster. Add 4 cups water. Cook slow until almost done. Add remaining ingredients until all cooked tender.
